Eric Hollenbeck is originally from Horseheads, and has spent most of his summers at his family cottage on Seneca Lake.
He has worked on productions as a producer of many independent breakout hits such as The Kings of Summer and Compliance of which had their world premiere at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival. He has been an assistant director on numerous films such as Imperium, End of Tour and Draft Day. Some of his other credits include The Avengers, Jack Reacher, The Ides of March, and TV shows such as Homeland and Army Wives. When he’s not working on films or TV, he’s working on national campaigns for brands like Nike, Progressive, and Sprite to name a few. Eric is a member of the Directors Guild of America, and currently resides in Watkins Glen, NY.
Mary Beth wolf
Vice President of Experience and Social Engagement
Mary Beth Wolf is a dedicated Event Planner with 10+ years of experience in scheduling and managing event reservations, logistics and space management, and creative vision. She is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in event creation, planning, and execution.
Mary Beth grew up in the Finger Lakes region, spending every summer on Keuka Lake. After obtaining her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Canisius College, she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she resided for 10+ years. Working as a freelance Event Planner, she was responsible for creating exciting, memorable and successful events. Weddings, anniversary parties, non-profit fundraisers are just a few of the notable events for which she was responsible.
In January of 2016, Mary Beth began working for the University Of North Carolina Charlotte Center City as a Meeting and Events Coordinator where she was responsible for scheduling and managing event reservations throughout the 11 floor 143,000 sq. ft building. These events ranged from small conference room meetings to large 300+ high profile events.
After spending the majority of her adult life in North Carolina, Mary Beth returned to where she has always called home; the Finger Lakes. Now as the Vice President of Experience and Social Engagement, she brings years of experience, creative vision, and talent to lead Hollenbeck Film and Experience Company in creating memorable and meaningful events in the Finger Lakes.
Bayla is a B.A.R.K. certified rescue who has not only mastered the high five, but the high ten as well. Her hobbies include walking, snuggling, and sleeping. The Finger Lakes have been her summer vacation spot since the first year of her life, and she is excited to now call it home as well. When VP of Experience and Social Engagement, Mary Beth Wolf, asked her if she was looking forward to working for her mom and dad Bayla let out an ear screeching bark and wagged her tail. We took that as a yes!
